General Manager
With over 12 years of management experience, Keisha has dedicated her career to fostering strong relationships in the dental field. Her passion for dentistry goes beyond the technical aspects; she believes in the importance of patient care and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
When she isn’t working, you’ll often find her enjoying quality time with her husband, kids and dogs. She prioritizes her health and fitness, believing that a balanced lifestyle fuels both personal and professional success. She also has a soft spot for comedies, gaming and quilting, which inspire her creativity and brings joy to her everyday life.
She is excited to continue her dental journey will All Smiles Dentistry and to make a positive impact to the lives of those we serve. She will strive to bring meaningful connections to both her team and patients, ensuring that everyone feels valued and understood.
Treatment Coordinator
Jamie is our Treatment Coordinator and comes to us with over 17 years of experience in the dental field. She graduated from dental school in 2008 and became the Lead Assistant after only a few years! Later, she made the transition to the Front Desk to become a Treatment Coordinator. Jamie loves meeting new patients and enjoys explaining all of their dental needs.
In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook and garden. She is also a HUGE Seattle Seahawk and Kraken fan!
Hygiene Coordinator
Hello hello! My name is Dakota and I’m excited to be your Dental Hygiene Coordinator! I’ve been in the dental field for 3 years as an assistant and recently transitioned to the front office. When I’m not at the office, you can usually find me getting lost in a good book, hanging out with my friends and family, or listening to Beyoncé.
Dental Hygienist
Jericha Jensen’s career in dental hygiene was sparked during her four years as a dental assistant at a pediatric office, which inspired her to pursue her own degree in the field. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Lake Washington Institute of Technology.
Jericha and her fiancé Brandon recently celebrated a major milestone by purchasing a home just down the street from All Smiles!
When she’s not helping patients, Jericha enjoys spending her free time on the golf course with friends or visiting with family (especially her niece and nephew, whom she considers to be her favorite people in the world).
She’s also a passionate fan of the Seattle Mariners and can often be found cheering them on alongside her cat – aptly named after one of the greats – Ichiro.

Dani has been in the dental field for over nine years, specializing in pediatric dentistry, behavioral management in a healthcare setting, and general dentistry. Her favorite part of the job is making our patients feel comfortable, happy, and at ease during each visit.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. In addition, they enjoy boating, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

I was born in California, but have called Washington home for the past 23 years. I completed my training at the Dental Assistant Training Center in Kenmore and have been working as an assistant for 7 years. I love learning new things to continue growth in my field.
When I am not at work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family!

Ali graduated from Lake Stevens HS in 2011 and then attended Dental Assisting School
at Smokey Point Institute in 2012. She now has almost 14 years of experience in oral surgery and assisting with anesthesia. She also has many years of experience placing
IV’s, assisting and monitoring patients under IV/Oral sedation, and drawing blood for L-
PRF use. Ali is ACLS, BLS & DAANCE certified.
Outside of the office, she is a busy mom of two little girls and enjoys being home with
her family! Ali feels that it is important to make patients feel comfortable and educated
while treating patients with a confident and comforting manner.
