Dr. Steinhubel aka Dr. Jason opened All Smiles Dentistry in Lake Stevens in 2004 to provide the community he loves a better dental experience. His goal is to consistently give you and your family great service through state-of-the-art solutions and a team who cares about your unique needs.
He married his wife Michelle during his residency; they were classmates at Creighton, and she’s currently a dentist at All Smiles NW in downtown Everett. They attend Canyon Hills Community Church, and he’s participated in mission work in the US, Mexico, and Guatemala.
Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Jason worked in forensics during college and then as a dental assistant and in a dental lab waxing up dentures. Outside of the office, he enjoys running, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, pumping iron, and traveling. He also cherishes spending time with his family.
Dr. Izoh Ashour is a periodontist and implantologist who strives to always provide patient-centered high quality care. As a European and US trained Periodontist & Implantologist, he is able to incorporate the latest technologies and methods for minimally invasive treatment for gum recessions, and bone augmentation, also using laser and digital treatment planning for esthetic crown lengthening and implant placement. Described by his patients as enthusiastic, energetic, and detail oriented, he is known to provide a stress-free and fun environment in the office.
Dr. Ashour is excited to live in the PNW and is already exploring the gorgeous nature and amazing hikes around Seattle. He loves exploring new restaurants and cafes in the region and driving to the mountains to ski. As he gets adjusted, he is making it a goal to learn how to sail and kite surf. Dr. Ashour loves traveling, when you see him next time, ask him about his favorite spots in the world.
Jericha Jensen’s career in dental hygiene was sparked during her four years as a dental assistant at a pediatric office, which inspired her to pursue her own degree in the field. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Lake Washington Institute of Technology. Jericha and her fiancé Brandon recently celebrated a major milestone by purchasing a home just down the street from All Smiles!
When she’s not helping patients, Jericha enjoys spending her free time on the golf course with friends or visiting with family (especially her niece and nephew, whom she considers to be her favorite people in the world). She’s also a passionate fan of the Seattle Mariners and can often be found cheering them on alongside her cat – aptly named after one of the greats – Ichiro.
I have over 5 years of experience in the dental field, and I am deeply passionate about promoting oral health. I enjoy educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. I take pride in creating a comfortable and positive experience.
Outside of my professional life, I value spending quality time with my husband and 2 daughters. A few hobbies I enjoy are dancing and hiking!
With over 12 years of management experience, Keisha has dedicated her career to fostering strong relationships in the dental field. Her passion for dentistry goes beyond the technical aspects; she believes in the importance of patient care and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
When she isn’t working, you’ll often find her enjoying quality time with her husband, kids and dogs. She prioritizes her health and fitness, believing that a balanced lifestyle fuels both personal and professional success. She also has a soft spot for comedies, gaming and quilting, which inspire her creativity and brings joy to her everyday life.
She is excited to continue her dental journey will All Smiles Dentistry and to make a positive impact to the lives of those we serve. She will strive to bring meaningful connections to both her team and patients, ensuring that everyone feels valued and understood.

Dani has been in the dental field for over nine years, specializing in pediatric dentistry, behavioral management in a healthcare setting, and general dentistry. Her favorite part of the job is making our patients feel comfortable, happy, and at ease during each visit.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. In addition, they enjoy boating, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

I was born in California, but have called Washington home for the past 23 years. I completed my training at the Dental Assistant Training Center in Kenmore and have been working as an assistant for 7 years. I love learning new things to continue growth in my field.
When I am not at work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family!
